i currently have amd radeon hd 8470d and I want to know what I should upgrade to. (for gaming)

Budget just something reasonable and im not sure on case and loction as for PSU i dont know

You need to be more specific. "reasonable" has different meanings for different people. Some people find $100 reasonable, i found $650 reasonable. You're probably somewhere in between but you need to give something more.

Location as in what country you live in.

You need to take the side off of your case and look at your power supply to tell us what it is.

Type dxdiag in the start menu, hit enter, and it will tell you what model of processor you have. Then tell us what that CPU is.
