Graphics Card Upgrade

I have an i5-4690k and am looking to put another GTX 970 into my computer so i can create a surround gaming/editing setup with 3 1080P screen. will my i5 bottle neck two 970's? I don't believe it will, but i am curious.

Two 970s will struggle with high settings at 3x1080p but the CPU will not bottleneck at this resolution no.

thank you. the reason why i am going with two 970s is because i currently have one already, and buying a whole new card for instance the 980ti would be too much considering id have to sell one 970 and wouldnt get what i paid for it back.

That's fair enough, if you drop AA most games should be fine.
