I have an office PC (Hp Compaq 6200 Pro Microtower) and it has build in graphics card. When I put the Nvidia NVS 300 graphics card in the PC I get no picture on monitor. Do u guys know what is causing that problem

P.S. I put my cable to the motherboard port and not to graphics card port.

No.

Without the cable being plugged into the new video card there's nothing that can be done.

Agreed, in order to use the NVS 300, you'll definitely need that video cable; DVI I presume. Also, does your monitor actually have a DVI port?

However, I wonder if using the NVS 300 over the CPU's integrated graphics, will offer any noticeable improvement in graphics performance. You didn't state your CPU, but the i7-2600 only offers HD 2000 graphics, and according to this comparison, it's roughly equivalent in performance to the NVS 300: http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-NVS-300-vs-Intel-HD-2000-Desktop-11-GHz/m8966vsm7697

If your intent is to play PC games on this computer, then the NVS 300 is a waste of time.
