Question Graphics card upgrade

I have recently bought a computer. It's a Dell optiplex 9010 with 8gb ddr3 ram and a 3.4ghz processer. I want to put in a graphics card as I want this to be a really cheap gaming PC. I want a graphics card that can handle running warthunder at medium graphics. Its got a 250w psu currently with no power cables for a graphics card. I've done some research and realise that I may need a new psu if I get a graphics card. If anyone has any recommendations on a good cheap graphics card and power supply if required I would love to hear. (I'm quite new to PC building so try to not be too complex lol)

1: Look for a GTX 1030 or a GTX 1050. They should be ok with that power supply. Anything higher than a regular 1050 will require a better power supply.

2: If your case look like the 1st picture then you will need a video card either "half height" or "low profile" (both phrases mean the same thing). The best you can get in that size would be a GTX 1030.

Yes that's a slim design. You'll need to look for a GTX 1030 in "low profile"....like the one below for example:
