Hi I am looking to see what is the best graphics card I can get with a ryzen 2600 with a max boost. Without bottlenecking
My psu is a EVGA supernova 650 GM

That's a difficult question to answer. All games are different, and different resolutions will have different answers. There's little to worry about with a Ryzen 5 2600, but if you gaming at lower resolutions like 1080p, then some games will see some limitations with higher-end graphics cards.

Middle of the road answer: RTX 2070 or RX 5700XT if at 1080p, although you could still get away with faster cards. If at 1440p or higher then don't worry about bottlenecking.
