Graphics card use at 0%

Hi.

i have on my budget old build a core2quad q6700, 2gb ram and a hd 6670. i have windows 10 64b installed on a 120gb ssd and my problem is what in games i got too bad fps, like in roblox i play at 7fps so i decided to install msi afterburner to check what its hapenning and when i see my graphics card usage is at 0%, sometimes grow up to 40% or 20% ut always go again to 0%. I have a VGA conector to the graphics card and isnt the psu because its brand new (evga 550w b3). i think what its my mobo, its a asus p5n-e sli but i dont know nothing about mobos, so i need help please.

at 95-100%, but its impossible a bottle neck, this cpu be supposed to move this gpu...

That performance wouldn't surprise me. You have enough RAM for Win 10 but that's about it. Although I'm not sure why the card is throttling like that.
