Nope, the 750ti will be far better, than the 740. While the 750ti is an entry level gaming card, the 740 isn't meant for gaming at all. 4gb VRAM or not. The 740 would be on it knees, before a game would even use 1 of the 4gb VRAM it has.

If this is for gaming: 750ti for sure !
