Question Graphics card was placed on the slot but it isn't rotating

I placed the new graphics card on the white socket and it wasn't spinning at all. Why is that happening?
It has 3 exit ports do you have to use all 3 or you can use only one?
Can someone help me?

Also when I placed the GPU in the white slot the computer went black what can I do to fix this issue?

2 models of GT 740...1 requires a dedicated GPU power, the other not.

That GPU wants a 400 watt PSU.
Your current 240w will not work.

The problem is the SFF case, and proprietary Dell connectors. You'll need to find whatever size fits.

TLDR - You should replace the whole computer.

SFF case can not support full height graphics card in it. It can fit half height graphics cards only.
PSU of your current system is too weak to support desired graphics card.
Your system is very old. Released in 2011.

Your motherboard uses proprietary power connectors.
You can not use standard ATX PSU in your system (without specific power adapter cables compatible with your motherboard).

You'd need to find a Dell PSU, that is compatible with this particular motherboard and case, and is 400 watts or above.

And after you do that, and install the GPU mentioned above...you will be left with a system that is still seriously underpowered for your desired use and software.
