Graphics Card Whine

Hello!
I have just installed an ENB graphics mod for Skyrim, I realised that my graphics card was making a whining sound.

I was wondering if anyone could please tell me if this is safe or not, and should I uninstall the ENB graphics mod? I have tested it without the ENB mod and there is no whine.

Hmm..a high pitched whine coming from the card itself? Sounds like Coil Whine,which was a big problem back in the GTX 280 days but is much more rare now.

Playing with ENB will not damage a 100% functional card but coil whine indicates degrading capacitors. In a card as new as the 770,that is scary. Id RMA it if possible,because coil whine/degradation does not fix itself,it only gets worse.
