graphics card/ windows 10

pc workds for a few minutes, then says app won't run on this pc (specifically my graphics card), then crashes to white screen. need help hurry. on windows 10, right after update.

If by the 'update' you meant update to your existing win8 etc you need to
find your new windows 10 serial key using (first serial number reader you find online) , create bootable usb/dvd and install clean system.

i meant update to the latest display driver. why bother doing a clean install when all it could be is a bad driver?

Because you didn't mention if you updated windows 10 or graphics driver?
