Graphics Card with lighting

Hi, this might sound crazy but I want a $200 or lower card that has an illuminated logo or those fancy LED lights on the side.
P.S. I can't find a reference GTX 770 here in my country (Philippines) which I think is a great card with fancy lights.

Pretty sure the Sapphire logo lights up on the side in orange.
