Hey guys. My specs are as follows
Cpu- Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo- B450 Tomahawk Max
Psu- Corsair cv 550
RAM- 8gb corsair vengeance
1 tb hdd
240 gb ssd
Gpu-???
Which graphics card should I pair up with the above specs? I won't do overclocking and want to maintain the temp below 70. Kindly guide me. Thank you.

And would you recommend me to buy used rx580 with 1 year warranty if I am getting it for 10k INR? Also, do I need a better psu with 600-650watt power supply?
i myself have an Rx580. i am pleased with it but i do want to upgrade. The 1660 Super works really well for 1080P gaming. You will see a much better GPU performance from the 1660 Super than you would from the Rx580. the 600-650 watt power supply will be more than enough to power either the Rx580 or the 1660 Super. If i had a choice between the two i would have gone with the 1660 Super.

Thanks a lot for clarifying things. Just 1 more question. Are you saying that 550 watt psu won't be enough for my system if I do 1080p gaming? Will I face any overheating issue? Actually I bought the psu few days earlier only so I am not considering to change it for atleast a year or two if the need is not very urgent.

No, 550W is PLENTY.
The problem is QUALITY.

For example a CV550 is not great quality, but a Corsair TX550 IS great quality. And whilst it doesn't make a short term difference, the difference being is that the poorer quality will tend to have a much shorter shelf life, and can cause more significant problems should something go wrong.

Albeit the Corsair CV is much better than a random unbranded PSU so it certainly wouldn't be a fire hazard by any means.
