Recently A load of problems have hit my computer my graphics card keeps black screening then either getting recovered or just freezing my whole pc my screen gets wierd lines on it sometimes which are definetly to do with the graphics card and sometimes my pc blue screens saying SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION all of these problems started at the same time (ive had my custom built pc for 6 months and this has happened over just 1 week)

Info:
Graphics card:Radeon HD 7850
Cpu:Intel core i5 4570 @3.20 GHZ

also im running a wireless usb for my internet which has been known to use alot of power and might explain some things

oh i also am running a 450 watt power supply

All help appriceated
Thanks!

Solution
Your system might crash because you have a pretty weak power supply. You need to replace it with a 550w or 600w with at least 80% efficiency. I recommend Sirtec, Enermax, Thermaltake and Zalman.

To clarify...

AMD recommends a 500w PSU for any system using a single Radeon HD 7850. The term "system" all the components inside the PC including the CPU.

I recommend Seasonic PSUs. They are generally considered the best PSU manufacturer. They sell their own PSUs as well as manufacture PSUs for other brand names like XFX (all their PSUs) and Corsair (specific models only). However, Seasonic PSUs tends to be a bit more expensive compared to "average" premium brand PSUs.
