Question Graphics Card wont display

hi i was just wondering if anyone could help me with a issue i have recently ran into my pc will not display on my ports on my graphics card and when i open my pc i magical starts to work again not even touching anything i have tried switching ports ive tried all troubleshooting tips any help would be appreciated.

My Specs-
i7-7700k 4.5ghz
h50 Corsair cpu cooler
gtx1070
16gb 3000mhz ddr4
z270h asus strix
500gb kingston (boot drive)
2x 1tb seagate hhd
750w evga psu

So everytime, the display comes on when you simply remove the PC case side panel?
Have you verified that all connections are properly secure, and have you checked temperatures of your components?

yeah mate everything secured

temps stay 30-40 (Celsius) when gaming 60-70

What case are you using?
Is there a possibility for something from that side panel causing a short somewhere? If you are saying it is a simple as with the side panel, it doesn't boot, but with the side panel off, it boots normally.
