first question i want to know is if my gfx card will work with this motherboard

just recently formatted probably about a month or so ago i did forget to uninstall the original drivers but it started up fine i did a clean install with the gfx drivers from Nivida.com the latest then tried 2 versions in reverse yet every time they say literately everything fails to install Ive had a friend help me and he cant figure it out either we tried Microsoft updates with clean boots etc still nothing my last choice that i can think of is that i format again and try from there but if i don't have to do that i wont also im running windows 7 pro 64 bit if you need anything else don't hesitate to ask! thanks
