I got a problem, ok so when my case is standing up the gpu won't power up but when the case is flat on the ground it powers up. Any ideas why its acting that way?

Pheraps the graphic card sits properly in the slot when its lying down. The graphic card may get a bad connection when the case is standing. Try and make sure the card is locked in place by the pcie slot lock and screw the backplate in if you havent.

I call bad pcie slot. If the graphics card were properly connected to the slot the fans would spin slowly (not that slow, but you know what i mean).

That confirms the bad pcie slot. Do you have the option to try the gpus in another system?

I can try, but it may take awhile since my other desktop unit is in another house of mine about 30mins drive and that place doesn't internet connection =/

And another thing, this just happened recently about a week ago. Since I've changed to the new gpu about a month ago it was well running for 3 weeks.

Did you notice something that happened around when the isue started, did yoyu mess around in your pc case ? It seems wierd that this just suddenly happebed when it workedfor 3 weeks.

At first it started going like "amd driver has stopped working" then after a few days the gpu shutdowns suddenly followed by the whole system, then consulted here people said it was the psu so I bought a new psu far more in excess than my unit can consume.
