graphics card would not turn on

hello i just did my first boot up (havent installed operating system yet) and i was wondering why wont my winforce graphics card light up the little windforce logo that is ment to light up? is it because it doesnt really need the graphics card at the moment? or doesnt it work?

Did you plug it in properly with the power supply and a video o/p to the monitor?

You are getting some form of display on the monitor right? Like no operating system found?

Install OS before doubting anything else.
