My pc graphics card is AMD READON GRAPHIC CARD I want to upgrade it for intel core i3,any one can suggest

wait, you are mixing a graphic card (gpu) and a processor (cpu).
Please write your full specs of PC and what you want to do (upgrade). Also what are you using it for so we can help you better.

And when you include your specs, make sure to include the exact GPU. Even assuming this is post-ATI, "AMD Radeon Graphics Card" could refer to something like 100 very different GPUs. It's a bit like asking for advice with "FORD CAR." None of us are physically at your PC except for you, so our information is exactly what you relay to this, and in this case, we pretty much don't know anything about your PC or what you're actually trying to do or your budget.
