I was looking at the 650ti but I would really like a VGA connector.

You can always get a dvi to vga adapter, so that shouldn't be an issue.

thats really the only card in that price range.....good card tho.....most do come with a vga adapter....

I got one from EVGA that has two DVI connectors, but only one of them may be used with an adapter (one is DVI-D and the other is DVI-I).

It faster than the 650ti (I believe) and come with a VGA adaptor.

^True, the HD7850 should also be at the top end of your budget, and it is [notably] stronger than the GTX650Ti (two tiers higher on the monthly hierarchy chart).
