Does anyone have any better Motherboards that are atx or if this one is good?
Also any better manufacturers of GPU's that are better or cheaper?

That one is a micro ATX, so are you looking for an actual ATX or still a micro ATX?

You also do not have a manufacturer selected for your GPU... best ones would be ASUS, EVGA, MSI, and Gigabyte.

Preferably an ATX one but whatever is best. Also, which is the best and which one is the cheapest, i dont want one of those short gpu's though.

Well, ASUS is the way to go in my opinion. I currently have the Maximus Formula VIII, but it's a bit overkill. It really depends on the features, headers you need, and price point you're looking for. You're not giving me much to go on for suggestions.

It's a cheaper alternative to what I have, without all the bells and whistles like wifi and bluetooth.

You really don't want to skimp on your motherboard... a cheap, bad motherboard can ruin an entire build. But if you really want to go cheaper:
