Hi!
I've got a machine with a ryzen 2700 and a gigabyte aorus x470 ultra gaming mobo. On the board I've got a 1070 and a PCIe x4 ssd. I was thinking about slipping in a gt730 that's sitting around to use with my tv as my 1070 is out of ports. The r7 has 20 PCIe lanes and I think the x470 splits that out to 28. I'm wondering if the 730 could harm the performance of my 1070 or ssd? ( I think it's 8x PCIe 2.0) or if I slipped in a 1x sound card or a tv tuner like I was planning on doing. Will this hurt the performance of the other things on the lanes?
All in all id like to have a 4x SSD a 1070 a 730 and a tv tuner on the same board and I'm just wondering if these will hurt the bandwidth of eachother.
Thanks!

PS if I have a PCIe 2x device and slip it into a board and cpu that uses 3x will it only need half the lanes to run at full bandwidth?
