Graphics Cards and What to get

I have a Dell Optiplex DT 9010 and i want to upgrade its Graphics Card but i have no idea what to get and what is compatible.

It has to be low profile, and GTX1050Ti is the maximum that can run off of the Dell PSU. I don't see a PCIe power limit in the manual for that but look at the MB next to the PCIe slot for a stenciled power limit. No marking= full power.
