Well i need a good graphics card that fits perfectly for my small form factory case and can run well most games

I have a PICE x16 slot which provides 35 watt through the PSU

Besides my PSU is 240w so i am not unable to upgrade it

I have intel core 2 quad Q8200 ,anyone can help me?

Unfortunately, a GPU that can run most games well is an unrealistic goal with this PC. With only 35W from the PCIE slot instead of the customary 75W spec, even single slot versions of a GTX 750 are not going to be options for you. Given the age of your PC, it's quite possible it'll have problems with the GTX 10 series, which means that your best option may be scrounging around for a low-profile, single-slot GT 740. Problem is, you won't find these used, so you'll be at the mercy at whatever's available on the secondary market. And a GT 740 won't play new games well, either.

I'd probably counsel you to save your money towards something more modern. This is a small form factor office machine that's a decade old. It's just not reasonable to turn it into a modern gaming PC.

If you're on a very tight budget and want something that can play modern games and are in the US, you can get a very basic refurbished i5 that isn't in a small form factor case. Newegg carries a ton of these between $100 and $150 with Windows included. Then buy a GTX 1650. Most new games will at least be playable and you'll be under $300.

Again, Nvidia's 10 series doesn't run well on PCs with BIOS. This PC does not have UEFI. You can frequently get it running in Legacy mode, but older prebuilt motherboards tend to be rather difficult. If you're willing to risk it not working at all, the 1030 is an option.
