Graphics cards seem to be too long for my case

My case isn't particularly small. in fact, it could probably hold almost any graphics card if it wasn't for the fact that on my mobo, the e-SATA cable are right next to the PCIEX16 slot.
Luckily, I haven't bought a card yet, but just by measuring I can see that the e-SATA cables will be a MASSIVE problem.

The ports are set higher than the card's position. You will be able to insert the card fine, but the sata cables will have to go over the card to reach their ports.

edit: and your photos appear to be mirrored, which may mislead people into thinking the card will be mounted fan-side up.

You sir, are one of the best people on the internet.
I am so silly for not noticing that the cables were higher than the slot.
Thank you SO MUCH!
