Graphics Cards - What beats an Xbox?

Hi again,

Following on from my previous thread, I'm curious as to what the consensus is on graphic cards.

What level would I need to be going in at to get something that would outdo the graphics cards in an xbox/ps4?

Anything faster than HD 7790
R9 270., GTX 760

The graphics in the xbox are more akin to the amd 7790 series and the graphics in the ps4 is akin to a 7850. I would probably go with a 7870 or the 270x series of AMD cards to be ahead of the consoles.
