Don't pay for physx, it's pretty much a big scam by Nvidia.

They have the audacity to say that people shouldn't go crazy over DX11, while at the same time they're telling people to get crazy over a bunch of physics algorithms that no one needs (I seem to remember the excellent physics of Crysis Warhead working perfectly fine on my ATI card.)
