when i plug in my vga cable into dvi adapter then in to my graphics card i get no red color so my screen looks blue and green i thought it was the monitor so i tried a different one and i had the same problem so then i tried a different adapter nothing worked cable is secured in and not loose i reseated my graphics card same problem i tried a hdmi cable on and i got all the colors i need but the monitor i have does not support hdmi so i was wondering if my dvi port could be bad on graphics card and my hdmi port is good. my graphics card is a brand new EVGA gtx 960 and my mobo is also brand new Asus z97-a the only thing i have not tried was a different vga cable which i will when i get one hoping thats the problem if anyone could have any other solutions id appreciatie it

If you are tying different cables with no luck, Its not the cables fault, its your graphics card. Return it and get a new one. Its a faulty card.
