Hi,
can i use zotac gaming Ge force RTX 206 twin fan (6 GB) GDDR6 on my motherboard, previously i am using Asus GTX 650 Ti 2 gb
My pc specs...
Motherboard----Gigabyte GA Z77 MX D3H.
RAM-16 GB DDR3
Processor-Intel Core i7-3770.
CPU Cooler-Cooler Master H410R.
HDD-2 TB Barracuda.
SSD-Crucial BX500.

I have cooler master thunder 600 W smps

It is a mediocre PSU at best. And if you got it at the same time as the rest of your system, I would definitely recommend upgrading the PSU if you are going for the GPU upgrade too.

Card is 160W vs old one is 650 TI is 105W.
recommended PSU is 500W and if its old, I would think about new one.
if you have 550W+ then youre fine.
