Will there be any problem if I install latest graphics driver of mid range gpu in old motherboard?
My case:
GPU: radeon rx 560
Motherboard: msi a88xm-e35

No there shouldn't but you should remove the APU drivers using DDU and then installing the latest drivers found off of AMD's support site. Also, what is the make and model of your PSU and it's age? Often people overlook that the GPU will draw more power and a bad PSU can croak and kill your entire system.
