Graphics driver crashes and recovers every 30 minutes

title says it all, is my card on its way out? my card is a 6850 1gb, the temp stays around 62C under full load. the crash happens around every 30 minutes while playin WoW

ok my card died, did the oven trick for a temp fix, can some1 recommend any card thats just as good if not better than the 6850 for £120?
