Graphics Driver failure leads to CPU failure?

I was installing new graphics driver through Geoforce Experience but it froze up so I decided to restart the computer. I then got all these Windows 10 errors like ACPI driver, Kernerl Security check failure, and System thread exception. I then attempted to boot from my installation DVD but it didn't work. Now I have a total black screen and cannot view BIOS or launch safe mode. The Debug light on my motherboard shows the CPU is not detected or failed. I tried resetting CMOS battery but it didn't do anything. I also tried switching RAM slots and reseating the CPU. I saw no burn marks or bent pins on the CPU. The computer was working fine up until I tried to install the new graphics drivers. Any advice? My build: MSI b350M motherboard, Ryzen 3 1200, gt 1030 low profile, 8gb ddr4 RAM, 500w PSU

Solution
So when you power off and power on your computer, you see the lights and fans spin up but it never leaves a black screen? Try booting it with just the cpu and one stick of ram.
