For hardware that old, I expect that whatever Windows 10 is using right now is as good as it gets. In all the time that Windows 10 has been out does anyone really think Intel has done something new with G41 drivers that Microsoft doesn't know about?
The G41 chipset consists of the Intel 82G41 Graphics Memory Controller Hub (GMCH). The GMCH includes the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 (Intel GMA X4500).
