Graphics Driver Update Failed

So this afternoon I decided to update my graphics driver for my GTX 770 for the Battlefield 1 beta. As the new drivers finished installing, the screen turned black with only the cursor showing. I waited a few minutes and nothing changed. I was able to boot into safe mode an uninstall the driver. After further attempts the result remained the same with the screen going black. I tried installing earlier drivers but ended up with the same result with a cursor with a black screen. I am under the impressions that this has something to do with the windows 10 anniversary update but since I am past the 10 day mark, I cannot downgrade back to the older version of Windows. Is there any way of fixing this problem?

Solution
sometimes, certain drivers may not work with ur card and the following once released might fix it...
if u keep continually facing issues with the latest driver, then my advice wud be to wait for the next one to be released...ideally these are released every month or every fortnight...wait and when the next one is rolled out, see if it works...
was it working fine with the windows 10 before the driver update???
if it was, then u need to roll back to that driver after uninstalling all residual drivers...

download ddu from guru3d and uninstall all drivers...then install the previous driver which was working...

Thank you I was able to install the previous driver that I was on. Will there be a fix for this so I can run the latest driver in the future?
