Graphics drivers don't work

I just built a computer, and have installed all the necessary drivers and software. My only problem now is my graphics divers keep reporting an error (code 43). I have downloaded the latest drivers from the Nvidia website, but it still doesn't work. Any ideas as to why?

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 3.0 GHz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti
RAM: 8GB DDR3 2x4GB @1333 MHz
Motherboard: ASUS M5A-78L-M/USB3
-Integrated graphics: HD Radeon 3000

Operating System:
Windows 10 Home 64 bit
