Graphics drivers problem

For some reason every time I turn on my pc it loads with a black screen and so I have to turn it off, remove graphics card, turn it on, install drivers for graphics card, turn it off, put graphics card in, turn it on and sort out screen resolution setting etc, only for me to have to do this again next time I turn off the pc(or restart it)

Any help is welcome,
I have followed the guide on here to remove all and/nvidia drivers/folders from pc before installing drivers but it still doing above problem

Full specs of your computer?

Have you checked your BIOS to see if you have a setting regarding display output?

i have recently got new graphics card EVGA Nvidia GeForce GT 730
https://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=01G-P3-17...

and im not too good with BIOS atm

this has only started happening with new graphics card
