Question Graphics issue with Remember Me video game?

The game uses unreal 3 engine, however, when I change texture quality from med to high there's absolutely no difference but I chanhe them to low the difference is obvious.

680 gtx
core i5 and 8gb ram ddr3

Have you tried just restarting the game after changing quality? Some games need you to do that but don't tell you that they do.

Thx for replay .but when I change the textures to low the effect is immediate even after restart the difference is BTW med and high is zero.
