I logged onto my pc today and tried to go on Rainbow Six Siege and as I went on to a game my pc tanked and lagged out. I have no clue what the problem may be but i feel that it has something to do with the fact that my Intel(R) hd graphics 4600 adapter has this setup:

Total available graphics memory: 1792MB
Dedicated video memory: 32MB
System video memory: 0MB
Shared system memory: 1760MB

Please bare in mind i have never worked on computers in my life i have just been told this may be a problem.

Solution
Are you saying it used to work? because I dont see anything abnormal. the HD4600 is built into the CPU and has only the 32MB of dedicated ram and after that it uses shared system ram.

Ideally you want to install a gaming graphics card and possibly will need a new power supply to do so.
