Graphics problem guys

How can I make the integrated graphics on my APU work?

I have this processor AMD A6-6400K but I can't seem to make the graphics work. I already installed the ATI Catalyst Manager. Right now I'm using Windows XP. But my Dxdiag can't detect the graphics thing. So in effect i can't play most games. Thanks guys. I'm a noob. I appreciate your help. Thanks!

your more then likely not supported for the graphics part under xp or vista i may be wrong but i do know that amd droped support for vista with the 13.4 drivers.[wish i had bought nvidia now] but you go to the driver page and check the release notes. i was not able to check that ,site would not load [??]

Yup, install the recommended drivers that date back just before they discontinued support for your OS. However, I'd recommend you just upgrade to W7 or W8.1 That would be the better route as you will have continuous updates for drivers and issues.

you got to realise that bill dont like you to be useing his old software and he prefers you buy his new software.. every day you fire up xp he looses money. and i think microsoft tell venders to stop support on old os to force you to the new one.[ha ha] like i said above now i wish i had gone intel/nvidia. amd dropped me like a hot potato.

I installed windows 7 just right now.
Trying to search for the updated drivers.
