Graphics problems on Far Cry 5

Hellho guys, I've been messing around with my new rig, testing some games. My current config is: x370 taichi, r5 2600x, ddr4 8GB 2933Mhz (single channel), GTX 1080ti and as monitor an old Samsung SyncMaster BX2231.

So, I was playing Far Cry 5 in 1080p in ultra preset, resultion scale at 2 and with profile inspector I have turned on vsync, triple buffering and frame rate limiter at 59 FPS. But the problem is, at some scenes in Far Cry 5 (haven't noticed in other games yet) this problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Hy5infhZbM

I don't even know the name of this problem and what could probably cause it (I guess it is related to my monitor, which is very old and doesn't have any tecnology), so if you guys could help me, I would appreciate a lot!

I'm pretty sure it's not screen tearing, I don't know what it is but it seems that some parts of the frame stays longer Tha it should, idk. Played one hour of Assassin's Creed Origins and didn't see it happening there.

I know 8Gb sucks, specially in single channel, I've been suffering a lot of stuttering because of this, but where I live RAM is way to expensive, propably I'll have go wait some weeks to buy another :/
