graphics shimming when moving/flickering

it makes me dizzy heres the video, what seems to be the problem? the monitor?

When enabled in the Nvidia settings your game if supported will have for example 4k resolution on a 1080p monitor or 2k on a 720p monitor and the game is rendered at that higher resolution and a lot of the time looks sharper, this is very taxing but on older games it's fine and gives them a crisper look than before.

It allows you to run graphics at 4x times the monitors resolution, makes things look really sharp and crisp if you have the extra performance.

It's off in the Nvidia settings but can be turned on easily, give it a shot and let me know of that helped.
