graphics stops when gaming

i just built my pc about a month ago
CPU:AMD Athlon X4 860k
MOBO:Gigabyte GA-F2A78M-D3H Micro ATX FM2+
PSU:EVGA 430W
GPU:Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X 2GB WINDFORCE

it was working fine at first but then when i started up a game it stopped working i opened my pc up and the graphics card was off so i restarted it and the same thing happened i uninstalled the drivers and even tried taking out the card and putting it back in so i bought another power supply which was a EVGA 600W and i still got the same problems...

Might be the PSU - it only has 408 on the 12 volt rail would want a 500 with 24 AMPs on the 12 volt rail

Might be the card itself (or drivers, or other), would try the GPU in another rig if possible
