When I turn off my PC or turn off my monitor, when I reboot or turn the monitor back on, it takes sometime before the monitor will come on. The monitor power is turned on. The graphics is what don't come on right away.???
Maybe I need to explain this again. As it isn't normal. When I boot up the computer, I know that the the graphics of Windows does not show up right away. The first thing that comes up is the self boot which shows testing memory, etc. After that is when you get the graphics showing that Windows has started booting up. What I am saying, SOMETIMES, maybe 5 minutes or so I still have a black screen as though the PC was turned off even though the PC has booted up and would show the Windows graphics normally.
