graphics upgrade for current high resolution games

i have sony vaio vpcea16fg. i want to upgrade graphics card which runs current games. any suggestions for system upgrade? is it possible to upgrade?

it is a laptop and the gpu cannot be upgraded as the processor and the GPU would be soldered to the mobo
