Question Graphics upgrade?

Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 5675 with a Ryzen 7 1700x and a Radeon rx570 4gb and a 460w power supply. I was wondering if I could use a gtx 1660 or a rx580. Some of these systems come with a 460w power supply and a rx580

How old is your PSU? You could look into GTX1660 but the RX580 will draw more power than the RX570.

I'm not going to tell you its going to work fine, but I run a rx580 on a hp sever OEM 400w. And ours works fine. All boils down to the 12v rail(s).
