I'm trying to assemble using Newegg's "PCBuilder" w/their Eniac/in-house assembly.
No i7-12700K CPU available, so alternative is i7-12700KF + video card.
I do NOT do games and limited video editing/rendering. For past 7+ years I've done nicely with GTX-970.
Hope this PC will last me another 6-7 years which will make me 83+ years old.

Lowest priced video that can be used with PCBuider seem to be just under $300.

From the offerings, these look to be decent.
Would they be about equal or perhaps one better than the others?

If you do not need a discrete graphics card, see if you can avoid buying one.
The price of a 12700KF plus a $300 graphics card is going to cost more than a stronger 12900K processor with integrated graphics.

How much do you need a 12700K?
Possibly a 12600K or a i5-12700(no K) would do the job.

I know the CPU's are essentially the same, but am "stuck" with the *-KF if Newegg does the assembly because they don't assemble parts that are not SHIPPED from the same California warehouse.

Thanks for your suggestion on the video!

IMHO, if you really want this machine to last 6-8 years, I would strongly suggest you try to find a system with a GTX1660/6GB card (which should only up the overall price by ~$100 or so, and make sure it has at least 8GB of ram, or 16GB of possible....

And fyi, a card that is woefully outdated (both in specs and driver support) is easy to spot, because it still has a DVI output..... like the ones you listed :D

How about a 12600k.
