I have build my 1st pc and i having a issue with my graphics card not display my motherboard when it posting, windows 10 works no problem when posting it like rgb on the my tv screen these are the list of my parts :
Ryzen 2200g
Rx 470 red devil 4gb
Asrock b450m motherboard
8gb ram
Evga power supply
500gb hardrive

How are you connecting to the display? From the motherboard outputs or the graphics card outputs?

If you can enter BIOS, then check whether you'd need to prioritise the graphics card. Most motherboards should default to the graphics card if installed; some need to be manually set.

I am using hdmi as out but when i turn pc on i get funny screen 5 secs later i get windowd 10 screen it all running though my rx 470 to my 50 inch tv via hdmi

So the graphics card works, but you don't see the BIOS screen? (Could be a display cycling thing between the graphics card and the TV.)

How to i fix it or do just think it because it not working with the tv and should try another tv or monitor?

If you can try with a different display to see if the issue persists. Though in this case I suspect it's something to do with the TV detecting the input.

It works with my 4k tv no problem at all how get to work on my standard hd tv?

So the problem lies with the TV and not (solely) the graphics card then.

I'd imagine you'd need to look at what possible settings there may be for inputs, modes and detection, and adjust them accordingly for it to show at the BIOS screen.
