Hi! I recently purchased an R9 380x and had hoped to upgrade my 7700, however when I tried to install it, it was not being recognized in the device manager. I switched to safe mode and BAM! It was recognized. This would be all fine and dandy but because graphics drivers are disabled in safe mode, I can't play any games without the drivers, as gaming is my main purpose for this card.

SPECS:
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
Processor: 3.50 gigahertz AMD FX-6300 Six-Core
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
PSU: Corsair 600w 80+ Bronze
RAM: 16gb
OS: Windows 7 64 bit (Cracked, Shhh)
1 TB HDD

Unfortunately this mobo has the worst bios known to man so I had to rma an r9 390 because I couldn't try a few changes now common to uefi bios..... that asrock pro 970 looks much better now.

I'm pretty sure the card went coast to coast and was DOA due to stiff packaging.

EVGA 600B

GA-78LMT-USB3
dual x boost 7950
16gb C-ripj-x
win 7 legit
1tb HDD

So getting a new mobo could be an option?
I'm starting to realize how complete shit this mobo is, problems with peripherals, cables etc.
