Grapics Card problem?

When i play like 20-30 minutes or watching a HD video on YouTube my computer just crashes. It's really weird, my screen turns sometimes to white or brown or black and i can't turn off my computer just with the PSU power switch. What could be the problem? It happens randomly in almost every 2 or 3 hours.

Card: nVidia 8400GS

I don't have any other graphics cards but it's works whit the default intel one. I guess my GPU fried or something.... I'll buy a new card then.

My temps are: 40~45 Celsius Degrees.
