Several issue come up here.
First is/does the monitor require 10 bit color? If this is the case then for windows, you need a quaddro or firepro card. Windows drivers do not enable 10 bit color on the gamer cards even though they do support it. (The linux driver do). You would also need to use display port or HDMI as dvi does not have the bandwidth to support 10bit color.
Next up is that wide gamut doesnt require 10bit color. You can still use an 8bit color card with a wide gamut monitor. I look at it like this. Going from black to the highest level of red, a 10bit enabled card would have 1024 different 'shades' available within that range. An 8 bit card would only have 256.
