.... because without the "controversy" on rpg.net over it, I would never
have known about http://htk.whisperslip.nu/.

Those pictures are _so good_. And many of those pictures will be so
perfect for characters is some games. My sci-fi BESM campaign especially.

Am I the only one having read "sci-fi BDSM campaign" here ?
What is BESM anyway ? And is it any good compared to BDSM ?

Big Eye, Small Mouth

Generic Anime Rpg.

I believe I heard it's good.

I'm not in BDSM, so...

Actually, liking BESM has little to do with liking anime except that you
are more likely to pick BESM up if you don't hate the cover. My sci-fi
game has very little anime influence, actually, owing a lot more to
intrigue-space opera like the Vorkosigan books and, of course, Clark and
Asimov.

For starters, the setting doesn't have catgirls outside of certain
entertainment products and fringe social events which aren't likely to
happen in deep space.

Mixed reaction. He reminds me of Kouichirou Yonemura, or as
Sandy commented, Nobuteru Yuuki, the character designer of
Escaflowne. He's got some really nice technical and layout
skills, and uses color well.

On the other hand, he has some really unfortunate character
portrayals- some clothing choices and poses seriously leave
something to be desired- I'm not sure the pose in his title
page is even possible- and at the least it indicates a severe
spine deformity. ;'/

I'm going to show the site to my mom. I don't think she'll be
offended- she'll probably be laughing.

And then she and Sandy will get together and start making snarky
comments about some of the not-so-good artwork- say this picture:
http://htk.whisperslip.nu/mc/comm/3.jpg. They'll start with
gross anatomy, work their way through the pose, and end with:
"A milky-white ring around the edge of the eye's cornea, Arcus
juvenilis can be caused by elevated levels of cholesterol in the
bloodstream."

This is why I try to keep the two of them separated as much as
possible. ;'/

Ok. Is it just the one page with the pages of the character sketches off
it. Cause I feel like I'm missing something.
